谢宇莹女士作为加入LMI最早教练之一,深耕领导力发展与转型辅导22年,以“支持渴望成长的人突破、成长”为核心使命,辅导了数百位转型人士,他们有些是创业者,有些是来自世界500强企业,如金融(中国工商银行)、科技(AMD)、汽车(上汽集团)、奢侈品(LVMH)等多元行业的高管,她的转型辅导覆盖晋升、跨行业跳槽、创业、组织变革等场景,她辅导的部分客户管理过万人团队及百亿级企业利润。

 

**个人转型:从成功到意义** 

谢宇莹的教练哲学根植于自身跨越职业与生命的双重转型。早期,她从制造业跨入金融业,亲历行业思维差异与文化冲突;随后从职业经理人转型为创业者,直面从执行者决策者的认知升级;而一场晚期癌症的生死考验,更彻底重塑了她的价值观——从追求成功到探寻生命的意义。这些经历让她深刻理解转型中的恐惧、迷茫与突破后的蜕变,从而更有效地帮助客户在职业转换、创业或人生困境中重建内在稳定性。 

 

**未来愿景:赋能转型者** 

面对这个特殊的时代,她以适应性领导力为核心,专注于三大转型场景:1)人生下半场转型(从追求成功到探寻意义)、2)新任领导人第一个90天(从上任到赢得信任与快速成功)、3)重大生命事件(从重大疾病中重建人生、家庭角色转变等)。她熟练运用LMI《有效的自我领导》课程,通过一对一辅导、小组辅导,在职场和公益平台助力客户探寻生命的意义,重启人生。





As one of the earliest coaches to join LMI, Ms. Sabine Xie has dedicated 22 years to leadership development and transition coaching. With a core mission of "supporting individuals eager to grow to break through and thrive," she has coached hundreds of people in transition. Her clients include entrepreneurs and executives from Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries such as finance (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China), technology (AMD), automotive (SAIC Motor), and luxury goods (LVMH). Her transition coaching covers scenarios such as promotions, cross-industry career changes, entrepreneurship, and organizational transformations. Some of her clients have managed teams of over ten thousand people and businesses with billions in profits. 

 

**Personal Transformation: From Success to Significance** 

Sabine's coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in her own dual transformation across career and life. Early in her career, she transitioned from manufacturing to finance, experiencing firsthand the differences in industry thinking and cultural clashes. Later, she shifted from being a professional manager to an entrepreneur, confronting the cognitive upgrade from "executing" to "decision-making." A life-threatening battle with late-stage cancer further reshaped her values—from pursuing success to seeking the meaning of life. These experiences have given her a profound understanding of the fears, confusion, and breakthroughs inherent in transitions, enabling her to effectively help clients rebuild inner stability during career shifts, entrepreneurship, or life challenges. 

 

**Future Vision: Empowering Transitioners** 

In this unique era, Sabine focuses on "adaptive leadership" and specializes in three major transition scenarios: 1) Midlife transitions (from pursuing success to seeking significance), 2) The first 90 days of new leaders (from onboarding to earning trust and achieving quick success), and 3) Major life events (rebuilding life after serious illness, shifts in family roles, etc.). She skillfully utilizes LMI's *Effective Personal Leadership* program both in the workplace and on philanthropic platforms, offering one-on-one and group coaching to assist clients in exploring the meaning of life and restarting their journeys.
